    Any time I get into a complex discussion about anything at work that goes beyond tech stuff, my inability to adequately express myself in Japanese starts to become a problem. I can communicate just fine, but explaining complex concepts and structuring my arguments well is still beyond me in terms of vocabulary and advanced grammar.

      I especially struggle with joining complex compound concepts together in long 3-4+ part explanations. Especially when multiple tenses are required ("we did this, therefore if in the future, this were the case, it would be better to have done...").
