@dyckron How obvious is it, that Canads should look to northern Europe on producing/collaborating EV's for the north?

Norway on track to be first to go all-electric. Are there alternatives to Chinese made EVs? Can Canada be competitive while most of its political voices dismiss and deny all things EV?
