Sent the shelter more pictures of Gnocchi and some more information on what makes her overstimulated and what I do to safely bring her energy back down. (Gnocchi is a delight! But she is not a Starter Cat ️. Or I guess she could be, but there will be a steep learning curve.)

Then I got an invitation to come in on Sundays to help socialize cats at the shelter.
