@FediThing @dangillmor The Trump administration is exploiting a serious defect in the US Constitution, specifically that the only practical way for a Federal court to enforce its orders is for the court to go to the Executive Branch hat in hand. The only means of force in the control of the Judiciary, the US Marshals Service, is smaller than the police department of Washington, DC.
