I am a big proponent of blocking on Mastodon.

I’m a big proponent of blocking too. Also, big on “if you see something, say something” reporting. My instance is excellent at responding to reports.

@APBBlue I'm a big proponent of blocking, too. If someone is being an ass to someone I follow, not just to me, that's a block. With a note in the "personal note" section to remind me why I blocked them.

(And if it steps into violating server rules, I report them. But lots of times they are just jerks and blocking is all that's needed.)
