How long are you active on the #Fediverse?

@stux I found the welcome email from mastodon.social in my inbox. It was from July of 2023, so more like "Over 2 years" lol

@stux I had to check. I can't believe it's been this long already

@stux I lost track. It was ever since Google Plus shut down, whenever that was.
....and I just looked it up: it was 2019. Seven years, then.

@stux I was part of the Twitter exodus of 2022, so 3+. We seem to be the majority.

@stux I realize this poll is unscientific, but if it's all accurate that's bad news. One would want to see more responses for the youngest category.

@stux I guess it depends on your definition. I've been here on various accounts that may or may not still exist since 2018, but there's been pretty large gaps between regular usage

There’s no algorithm so those that are still starting out or early in their Fediverse experience probably wouldn’t have seen this poll. That compared to those of us that have been around and have followed @stux@mstdn.social
