I have the blue Chain lube, won't trap dirt or fly off even when your window goes for a trip on a gravel road -

I have the blue Chain lube, won't trap dirt or fly off even when your window goes for a trip on a gravel road@mori @izzy I've never tried any of those for cleaning adhesive off of glass, even though I have all of those on hand... I always go for the Goof Off/Goo Gone first with glass or similar materials.
Sometimes, boiling hot water will work nicely as well.
Of course, most of those don't smell as good as Hoppe's #9.
