@MJmusicinears Can’t find any sources for this and the most common hits are reposts on Meta-owned sites. I think it’s probably fake, and if it weren’t he wouldn’t be dangling the promise of information clickbait style, he’d have launched it and made sure to take credit while it was happening.

He said it will take him/(them?) a long time to go through all the files.
