Apparently Canada is committed to buying some F-35s (not sure how many), while the rest are still to be decided.

Lougheed-Martin is trying to flatter Canadian decision-makers with this bullshit. If we don't play their game, though, would we ever get the planes we've paid for?

@northernlights @SnowyCA @carrieberry Yeah, we’re stuck with 16 of the lemons, whether we proceed with the full order or not. It would be easy enough (*relatively* speaking) to dump the lemons in Latvia as an expeditionary wing, and then deploy Gripens in Canadian airspace.
