        @cardamomaddict My regular breakfast is so satisfying that I am rarely hungry until suppertime. I always add nuts and chia seeds to my whole grain cereal, berries, and homemade yogurt. Also, I'm beginning to drop weight pretty consistently, since recording my intake and exercise. Veggies are always part of my supper.

            @cardamomaddict And wow! The study ONLY studied women!! About time that researchers quit ignoring half of the population (usually more than half).
