@beebrookshire They also activate in some people. My maternal great-grandfather had a second, near-complete set of adult teeth that needed to be extracted when they tried growing in behind his existing ones.

@beebrookshire I've always found it stupid that we lose our baby teeth as babies instead of maybe late teens. After we've had the chance to screw them up a bit and hopefully learn the lesson.

@beebrookshire years ago I had read reports of very old people starting to grow another set of teeth, but it looks like now they wanna do something to get them to emerge sooner. I could sure use that... my second set is pretty much hosed by now.
