@DeniseG Interesting! You need to go to their data source, ValuePenguin, to see this is the cost for a 40-year-old (with a Silver plan from the ACA marketplace, as noted on the map).
ValuePenguin also has a lot of additional info. For example, it notes that NY and Vermont are the two states where cost doesn't change by age, and I see those states are two of the ones with the highest costs for that 40-year-old.
