@Gargron It replaced teens creating collages for mood / inspiration boards. Maybe it would be better if they want back to them. The rubber glue companies would love it.

@liaizon @box464 I've been preferring are.na to pinterest for a while but they're not open source either! I'm considering switching to https://karakeep.app/ which is not federated but does have RSS feeds

they started from the open source backend code from art.sy

Pinetta was more directly focused trying to be a Pinboard alternative hasn't been updated in a couple of years.
