I've been trying to look up anxiety/mental health writing prompts because I want to start writing more again AND try to understand my brain better, so why not combine the two?
However I haven't found anything that quite captures what I'm trying to achieve so I thought I'd ask if anyone here has experience. If you do, would you please share what sort of prompts/etc. you used? Do you have links to share? Open to pretty much anything at this point, hearing people's experiences is easier than trying to muddle through the results on random websites! Would prefer creative writing over journaling, but not opposed to that either if there's something interesting to try! -
