      I kept buying and caring for Monstera plants, in hopes that they would fenestrate, only to immediately kill them. Mostly sticking to pothos and ZZ plant these days!

          Those were rarely in my budget! And when I bought one that was already fenestrated, I still managed to kill it almost immediately. So, I just admire them when I have the chance to be around them.

            @EllenInEdmonton They are fairly cheap in Ontario. $15 at most for a medium size one. I guess it's one of the benefits of living in Southern Ontario: inexpensive, local greenhouse-grown monsteras. 🙂

              I would be all about the locally grown fruits and veggies if I lived in southern Ontario. We do have several market and greenhouse gardens that produce a decent variety of produce, given our northern location. I've switched to buying my produce from them, rather than Costco, for the most part.
