@dymaxion I'm pretty sure without looking that I've been boycotting them since I was born 😂

@dymaxion As a man, I'm good. I never used any of these brands and besides "Estee Lauder", never even heard of all the other ones!

And ofc (just in case some of your followers don’t know), his son-in-law Warsh is Trump’s nominee to chair the Fed.

Gross. But not surprising. Most of what I’m seeing is blandly approving. Which is why Krugman’s piece is so important. (Yes, it’s Substack, sorry).

There are many companies who supported Trump that we should not buy stuff from: Amazon, Apple, Meta, McDonalds and many more. A worldwide boycott like that being done in Canada would serve notice to those oligarchs that their support of that damn devil comes with a cost.

@ksylor @dymaxion Might be easier if someone makes a list of brands _not_ associated with empire building, genocide, concentration camps, ethnic cleansing, pedophilia, ...

@dymaxion if you're in Europe and need an alternative for Lauder's cosmetics, Lush is British and quite ethical for a corporation: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Lush_(company)#Ingredients_and_ethics
