I am begging developers to put a sentence in the readme about why a project is being retired before archiving the repo.

@gsuberland Hell yeah something simple like "shit don't work" or "I'm tired" can say a lot. Lol.

@mek2600 I will absolutely take "I'm archiving this because I can't be fucked to deal with it any more" over a completely unchanged readme

@arichtman if they're aware of them at the time of archival, yeah.
