It wasn't even fedex this time!
What I learned this afternoon is that if you're a person with an SSN who doesn't live in the US and wants to freeze your credit with all three agencies, you probably can't make it through the web form or get through to a human by phone, but you can submit an application by mail.
Whether or not that works or just has a slower failure rate, I can't tell you yet.

@sus general boycott of all non-essential goods in any economy that allows customer service fraud. General action is needed anyway, so let's all get used to the idea of boycotting everything and anyone who act like a goddamn fascist.
