I have not yet found a way to short circuit this process:
1. start designing a talk/lecture/workshop
2. get 90% of the way done
3. decide I hate it
4. three days of depression
5. come up with a better format
6. remake a better talk essentially from scratchWould love to skip #2 or even just #4

@AntoineTaly lmao I did mean #4 but there's no reason I won't have a random three days of depression I suppose

@waldo if you skip #3-6 you might get the 3 days of depression after the talk

@waldo my experience giving academic talks has been similar, and I just call it "my process."
