@mc Not his bodycam, his cell phone. He has his cell phone in his left hand, recording, and as she tries to drive away, unholsters his weapon with his right hand and shoots her from the side of the car.
There is no way she can harm him at the time he fires the first shot, because he is not in front of the car and she is turning away from him.

@randahl I don’t support ICE, but I also don’t accept the reflexive narrative of "justified self-defense." A woman is dead. The video shows a chaotic situation at best, not a clear lethal threat. Being brushed or hit by a car does not automatically make shooting acceptable. This deserves serious scrutiny, not excuses.

@randahl I just rewatchwd the video from the drivers side and can't see an arm with a light coloured jacket at all. I'm not saying this isn't genuine just that I can't see how this was taken.

Yeah, and that’s some sort of fucked up psychosis to have done so unimaginable.
Since he was recording everything going on, I would like to see the rest of what he recorded. Because the other agent who tried to force open her door or otherwise grab her I think. This this is so unimaginably incredibly horrifying.

If that had been me, my last words and facial expression would have been much different.I am glad I saw this, because now it will make me think twice about how I want to be seen in my last moments. We all have something to learn from Renee Good.

Even if taxpayers pay the murderer's fines, it won't bring her back, or diminish the terror this incident instilled.
The murderer must be arrested, trialled and then sentence for murder 1.
He went there with the intention to kill someone.
He didn't care who.
And he will do it again.

@Remittancegirl Many, I am sure. What kind of person would make ICE their first career choice? Who is likely to be unemployed and out of options, but end up at ICE because of the skill set they possess? Police and military rejects. @randahl
