        @pgogl Far more than this. This was in the early stages of the ice forming, almost a week ago. It’s more dramatic now. The sea-ice currently stretches about 800 metres out from the coastline. I haven’t any photos myself, but there are great aerial images by drone photographer Jens Thaysen in Århus Stiftstidende.

          @pgogl Far more than this. This was in the early stages of the ice forming, almost a week ago. It’s more dramatic now.           @CiaraNi Thx for the picture, it must be really much colder above the other half of Europe in the north, wow!
          Yesterday we had plus tempertures in Bavaria.But I love the cold whenbeing out for a walk of sport. The link to newspaper article was unfortunately behind paywall. 😶

            @pgogl Ah, I didn't think of that, that I was logged in. I just checked and they don't seem to do gift links. I love the cold and walking in it too. Unfortunately the last few days, it's hard to get around on foot because the footpaths are treacherously slippy since a snowstorm on Friday. I hope they clear them soon.
