Let's remember the last 20 years of debt increase didn't go into the pocket's of the bottom 90%.

Most went into the pocket's of the top 1%.

Tax back some of that increase in wealth over the last 5/10/20 years.

@georgetakei sadly, I don't think they're really going to have a choice here. Median retirement saving rates are so incredibly low that most people simply don't have what they need to make it through.
