A #MillieMoo photo from the 8th of January.
Right now she is staying at our local vet for the weekend due to her kidney disease. She has no higher creatinine but her urea level is high and is being flushed with fluids over the weekend.
If she tolerates the treatment and being there away from us 2 days, I’ll pick her up on Monday and we’ll find out how successful it’s been. The we’ll see if it’s an acute thing or if it quickly returns

@NatureMC yeah we hope she will get another spring and to see her sister, as our daughter is visiting in mid April. She was sad to have missed Ethel,
whom she never saw after late 2018, and Ethel was put to sleep January 2023

️#MillieMoo is back home this morning with half the urea in her blood she had before she went into the vet’s on Friday and more of an appetite. Long may that continue. Nausea med and back for a blood test in a month but main thing is to keep her eating what she’ll eat, ideally renal diet but mainly just eating regularly.

#MillieMoo is back home this morning with half the urea in her blood she had before she went into the vet’s on Friday and more of an appetite. Long may that continue. Nausea med and back for a blood test in a month but main thing is to keep her eating what she’ll eat, ideally renal diet but mainly just eating regularly.
