#WordWeavers 2 Feb: Look back at the first thing you wrote. What did you do right?
I was 4 when I made up my first story. My dad helped me type it into the computer when I was 6. I think the main thing I got right was never thinking that I couldn't write my own story.
For a 4-year old, it's not bad. It has a princess escaping from a tower and teaming up with a dragon who is mistaken for being evil because he has been killing the witches who attack HIM. Even then I was challenging prejudice.

And it was deliberate. I hated the way dragons were always assumed to be bad. Dragons were cool. I was sure they had been misunderstood and was determined to correct that. With my badass little princess escaping her evil family

️The dragons in my series are the most noble creatures in that world
