Today was interesting.
I managed to get a same-day appointment with a physician who was my primary care provider for many years until he retired. It seems he has unretired himself to cover for my current provider so patients don't have to wait six weeks.
I really hoped that I might get some answers today.
What I got was not much.
He did say that he could assure me that all of my complaints are unconnected to each other and that if you look at them individually they are independently not serious health concerns.
I guess the fact that they are all manifesting at one time in one grandma is a giant coincidence.
I'm sure that makes me sort of a super health complaint multitasker.
It is good to be special for sure.
My next best strategy is to send myself positive vibes.
Will let you know if it works. -

@CuriousMagpie
I agree.
I am sure that my body is trying to tell me something. I am going to listen for a few days and hope I can relax a little.
I am also going to avoid dairy and see if that helps.
The next time I need a consultation I'm going to book an appointment with Summer. -

Keep pushing.

Less so than they used to be. -

@VoiceofDuum
I do think it's time to journal my foods and activities to look for possible causes and solutions. So that will be my next step.
I have several known food allergies and my issues might be as simple as avoiding a new food.
I definitely heard his opinion that I should be happy to be as healthy as I am for my age. -

Will let you know if it works.I'm sorry the doctor was so dismissive. I know that there is a definite bias against women's complaints in healthcare, and an underlying assumption that it's all in your head. It's bad that you had to experience that today.
Can you make the appointment with your regular provider now, even though it's several weeks out, just so you are on the books? You might also ask them to call you if there is a cancelation...
I think that tracking food and drink and activity is a good idea, and will be useful for seeing patterns. And, you will have some data to share with your regular provider when your appointment does roll around.
Hoping you will rest well tonight.

I hope you do indeed find a simple explanation, such as an additional food allergy.
