@RosethornRanger ok, ADHD lens here.🧂 - cut back on non-essential items- use checklist for the satisfaction of checking things- celebrate the small wins of doing the thing when possible (meme, draw a cat with a medal, freshen your tea)- frame the items beyond essential as extra credit. So that it's less "I can't do my routine " and more "today I *could* do xyz."Please take only what is useful from this, discard everything else.
