@DerJoshDer @kuketzblog Echt Überwachung, geht gar nicht. Ich finde ehrlich gesagt ziemlich erschreckend, wie viel soziale Kontrolle in form von Überwachung sich die Jugendlichen selbst antun. Wir teilen innerhalb der Famile den Standort beim "Wo ist" von #Apple. Sehr praktisch bei Fahrdiensten hier auf dem Land, wann Papa von der ARbeit zurück ist und sowas. Letztens haben wir damit was versucht und ich gucke auf das Smarthone unserer 17jährigen. Sehe ich über 20 Standorte von ihrer Clique. Nähere und auch etwas weitere Freunde. Hab ich natürlich mit ihr drüber gesprochen. Käme mir nie in den Sinn mit anderen als Familienmitgliedern oder eben anlassbezogen meinen Standort zu teilen. Machen alle. Scheint völlig normal zu sein. Ohne Anlass sehe ich solche privaten Sachen, ich find es krank. Aber versuche das mal zu unterbinden. No Way!

@jbz Sometimes the smartphone world makes me really want to wipe the thing and figure out a way to install Windows 98.(No, really, the way I see it, there are way too many things - at least in Android - that are a step backwards compared to Windows 98, and I'm aware that system is far from flawless (and that a non-locked-down UNIX-like system would be much better)... but at least you could install what you wanted to, you could access the whole filesystem, and you didn't need system changes to access application data).)

@jackeric for me it doesn't open it, it just doesn't do anything. Deselects, doesn't let me copy or open, just nothing

@defnull ah yes brother printer, they have this oddball strategy of actually making functional printers. You had me worried, if you'd said it was a hp I'd known you"d fallen the chunk of pre-obsolescenced micro-transaction-wear had hit you on the head and you were delusional so glad it wasn't the case.

@messieass @1seidla Hm, die Version von Obscura Cam im Fdroid Store ist schon 4 Jahre alt. Scheint nicht weiter entwickelt zu werden. Und Privacy Blur habe ich bei Fdroid gar nicht gefunden. Gibt es noch andere Apps?
