@briankrebsYes, because confidence in any skill obviously comes from getting no experience, but instead getting someone, or something, else to do the task for you.This is clearly an exercise in deskilling people, so they become dependant on corporations for stuff that has been taught in high schools for years (ie communicating confidently via language).
