Thanks everyone. It's a key ID. The reason you think it's an actor ID is that Mastodon uses a fragment id for it. But the id is for the key, not the actor.I appreciate the conversation!
@evan I did pass them in the past, regularly as it is common practice in critical infrastructure to be done by some US federal body or alike in European countries. I passed a dozen or so of those in the last 2 decades.
