@shemjm (I realise you say reduction so, yes) - how do people in Europe with family in South Africa/Africa/East Asia or the US see their families if not for planes?I agree people do not need to go sit by a pool halfway around the world at an all-inclusive where they only eat 'British food' or whateverBut travel is also important for people to not get stuck in a tiny bubble of hate. As so many Brits are.Trains are fine up to a point.I'd love to see people using the remote systems we put in place instead of traveling for conferences. It's good to see people in person, but it's ridiculous too.A US exec flew into Atlanta to speak for 15mins at a cancer conference then flew elsewhere to do similar, week before last. Sigh.
