@gsuberland I have seen higher readings at fosdem itself (though not recorded by me) and also in our regular pub (where we always sit outside)

@ozoned I haven't had the best experience with PeerTube. Videos often fail to load, get stuck, etc. It seems to be rather unsuitable for larger amounts of data. I find the option with the subdomain and MP4 videos much more practical and accessible than using something like PeerTube.

it’s gonna take me a bit to sort my notes, but one thing i really noticed at #FOSDEM was the fact that (and i mean this in the nicest way possible) while sovereignty and open-source were such big topics, every second person in the audience was replying to some whatsapp, gmail, or other big tech message. we need to practice what we preach, force our friends to use matrix, etc. 🫣
