Update: Wife-2 got me an emergency visit to my doctor (NP, really), where I croaked and whined and bitched and whimpered. She said, "Oh, yeah, you definitely got that," and thankfully hauled out the real drugs. (Very grateful to Wife-2 for finding me this doc, though I'm really seeing the doc's NP. NP knows the assignment.)Anyway, less achy now, a bit more energy now, but not yet out of the woods. Had to cancel shows for last night and tonight (for the first time in a couple of years), so I really won't like getting hit by the lack of revenue - but it was likely better than continuing to be a #jackass and powering my way through each one. I mean, I didn't get any tips for my last show because I literally could not make any noise when I asked the crowd for tips at the end of the show. #medicine #recovery #virus
