@junesim63 Any idea how these contracts are setup?If I look at The Netherlands, which has privatised healthcare but government regulated (both for insurance coverage and costs of treatment), GP's and dentists declare treatments, which are fixed price, based on what they actually do.Regulations are reviewed on a yearly basis, both for compulsory items in coverage and pricing per treatment.That seems to work well, the only issue they have is that doctors don't want full time jobs anymore.
