    @klu9 @franklinlopez It is difficult.Almost as difficult as continuing to run on petrol while the price rises and supply decreases.The experience in Pakistan and South Africa, neither of which I have visited, appears to be that this is less an infrastructure thing than one for a myriad nodes. My suspicion is that if there are sources of panels and of electric drivetrains, people who have a need of them will find ways of using them.And then they won't be paying for petroleum.
