@eff I used to donate to you, but then you decided to defend a forum whose entire purpose is harassing trans and neurodivergent people to the point of driving them to suicide — something they openly brag about, including the times they succeeded.You also defend crypto, an industry that consists almost entirely of money laundering and crime, and one that has been among the biggest backers of Trump. So you are part (admittedly a very tiny part) of the reason things are as fucked as they are now.

@ChrisMayLA6 So its an old topic- advertise & recruit for part time and job share software roles. Many SW roles have been harsh & abusive even for men - eg games industry - overnight shifts competive cost saving always available environments and then think of what women are expected to do in society everyday and their aspirations for a good quality of life. Women want a well paid meaningful job with manageable hours -men pushed women out of these, as there arent enough to go round..
