Or a minor.Please read what I said again.Please understand what consent means.To give consent to sex, it must be: - FREELY given (impossible if you're threatened with violence, kidnapped, etc) - Revocable at any point; no must be respected- Specific (consent to one type of sex is not consent to all other types)- Given with full capacity (ie as an *adult*, without influence of drugs, a medical condition or semi-consciousness)The victims could not, did not consent, and therefore no 'sex' was involved. I hope that's clear.And don't rank crimes against someone's body like that. Rape is horrific by itself, you don't need to place it below those other crimes.
