@jd the UK/US are misleading anyway - US English is more 'traditional' in many ways as its spelling and some pronunciation has diverged less over 250yrs than Br-Eng has, from the common ancestor language(s).

@jd the UK/US are misleading anyway - US English is more 'traditional' in many ways as its spelling and some pronunciation has diverged less over 250yrs than Br-Eng has, from the common ancestor language(s).And yeah Scottish people will hate that, since England forcibly suppressed Gaelic and Welsh for many years. They're welcome to be as incomprehensible (in English or their own language) as they like!
