p.s Thank you to my PeerTube server's hosting company @Cloud68 for updating the Fedi.Video version so quickly, I can recommend them to anyone who wants managed hosting of PeerTube and other server types p.p.s. Thank you also to @dannekrose for making sure I knew about the vulnerability!
