@BirderPainterBaker Sadly, over the last three decades, hockey in hot climates has been manufactured to be a thing. I think it's mostly to do with NHL executives (and players) being bland, rich dopes who are obsessed with golf and naturally gravitate to other bland rich dopes.And, speaking as a former Whalers fan, I would like a cookie and a pat on the head for making this a microrant and not a whole ass thread.
