@slotos if we want to be nit picky, sure why not – these models use random seeds while generating their output.So while *technically* you are correct (the best kind of correct!) that if all inputs are exactly the same, the outputs will be the same as well, from the perspective of these systems as they are being used bye people using them, they are non-deterministic, because these users have no control over the random seed.

@_elena I laugh at your ‘trigger warning for sysadmins’ but also sadly know why you have to. I do hope it triggers some in a way that helps developers empathize with ‘normal’ people more, and work on sanding off more rough edges.Thanks again for your posts. @stefano @tobybryans The price and value for money is a large part of why I'm seriously considering them as well as the fact they seem to just have more user configurable functionality which I think is part of what I'm struggling with on some of my unifi gear I've deployed (as well as constant stability issues with some of this gear). Appreciate the insight, will continue to do my homework on it and see if purchasing some gear is the way forward!

Wenn wir die IT von einem Kunden übernehmen der davor von wem anderes betreut wurde, gibt es immer wieder erschreckende Überraschungen.Oft muss man sich alles wieder von 0 erarbeiten weil keiner eine Ahnung davon hat wann, wie oder ob Backups gemacht werden.

@KuJoe that seems like way too many. Try to have one web concurrency per cpu then a few threads per web. Like 10 or 20. Well it depends on your system and also the number of users. How many parallel jobs do you think can run on each of your cpus ?

@bob_zim@infosec.exchange Judging by the lack of response, you know that is BS, and for insult to injury, Open ZFS works just as well on Windows. It is nice to have a universal file system that isn't FAT32.
