@human3500 @myke Condo is still ongoing, drywall is getting mudded now: https://mstdn.ca/@mWare/115525891517204487Other challenges so far this year: New hire was poached before start day, wife's car battery died and I changed it in -25 Friday night (broke a bolt too!), friend/customer is going bankrupt - costing my company six-digits, still waiting for MRI/surgery of a busted ankle, just found out I lost a $400K gig this year... but really it's fine tho - all of these problems are tractable, this isn't bad. Wife and I are a great team and really good at getting through stuff together.
