I got my UPS racked this morning.

The company I bought it from didn't include the correct flush mount screws and centering washers for the refurb rails, so I hadn't set it up. Emailed them Monday about it, replied to their request for clarification, they sent out the screws and centering washers. Got them yesterday. They included chocolates. This entirely makes up for the inconvenience.
