I actually got rid of my HP books at Oxfam. They do contain some anti-trans stuff if you go through them with a fine-tooth comb, but it's likely not going to turn any kid's thinking. The other dumb stuff like trust in old, entrenched elites, belief in natural slaves and justified bullying is worse, but the books are hardly unique.

I guess I do have too much resistance to destroying information...

we may soon be forced to use disabled toilets because they are the only gender neutral toilets in a lot of buildings
