    My primary care physician, like many others in the USA, joined a national healthcare provider. I am unhappy with my patient experience under this new arrangement. Does anyone have tips for choosing a new physician that does not involve paying out of pocket for concierge medicine? Should I look for an independent physician in a nearby small town?

      @JosephMeyer

      There aren't really any independent physicians anymore except concierge practices. Insurers won't pay doctors they can't control.
