Why not use an alternate web front end like enafore.social it works well enough for reading and posting toots, looking at profiles, and managing lists. To create or edit profiles, you need to use your instance's web interface.

@wx1g @mastoblind @main Using Tuba now, but yeah, I don't care for the interface. I actually used to use Enafore and overall liked it, though sometimes I wished it had more features, so I might go back to using it again.

@RareBird15 @mastoblind @main Have you tried using the web interface to your instance? I think you will find it quite accessible, and it has all available features. I accidentally discovered that the sections like "home", "notifications", and "new post", are easily reached with aria landmarks. You know about using 'k' and 'j', to move up and down a timeline, respectively?

@wx1g @mastoblind @main I think I have tried that, but it's been a while. When I did, I remember NVDA, which I was using, not reading post text if I was in focus mode and using j and k, just saying "document window" or something like that.

#accessibility #orca #ScreenReader @mastoblind @main@RareBird15 @pvagner I'm using toot, but the way I'm using it isn't necessarily ideal, and I'm not sure if it's what you're looking for (it's a CLI client). https://github.com:ihabunek/toot.git
