Mentioned elsewhere so I dug it up: A documentary where three fashion bloggers agree to travel to Cambodia, to visit and work in a local textile factory. 53 minutes long, and you can see the humanity awaken in these Norwegian youths as they realise and see what's actually going on, when they meet all of these beautiful people making our things on $3 a day.

    Documentary page: https://filmsfortheearth.org/en/film/sweatshop-deadly-fashion/

Quoting from memory: "We're rich because they're not."
"She's been sewing the same shoulder seam for 14 years. 14 years! What kind of work is that?"

It's a beautifully shot documentary, nothing gruesome shown in it, but likely to still break your heart. And make you angry. But these, unlike so many others, are problems we COULD fix, we just have to know and care. A T-shirt should not cost 10 dollars to buy when the person who made it barely got a cent to make it!
