You'll be unsurprised that the OECD has agreed to give the US the 'carve out' Trump demanded from minimum corporate taxation that was initially agreed in 2021.

There is now also a review point to allow any country that has introduced 'minimum tax requirements' on corporations to also gain a carve out for their multinationals - leaving Multinational Corporations' tax planning largely in pace & whatever the OECD says, watering down the intent of the original agreement.
