Instead of being under the jackboots of superpowers, it sure would be great if the remaining democracies formed a new and expanded trade alliance asap. Mark Carney mentioned the EU joining the CPTPP which would be great, but the EU still hasn't even passed the Canadian trade agreement..2 years and counting. Can the EU somehow expedite these, like diplomatically suspending Belarus and Hungary to pass legislation, since they are more russian than european?
