I remember reading about this power outage. It's outrageous that they have no running water a full week later, for frozen pipes. This is Canada, do we really have no solution for frozen pipes?

@cargot_robbie We donβt have an easy solution for frozen pipes, regardless of which country you live in. When pipes freeze, the water expands and splits/breaks the pipes/tanks etc. The only solution is to replace them, and yes that takes a while.
