    Hotel Sakartvelo. One of many abandoned resort buildings scattered across the spa town of Tskaltubo in western Georgia. Once part of a busy Soviet-era holiday industry, the hotel is now an empty shell of concrete and broken stairwells.

    To capture this shot, I was perched (uneasily) on a matching staircase on the other side of this lobby. Needless to say, I was relieved to step back onto solid ground again!

        @ObsidianUrbex dangerous but worth it! I was on holiday in Croatia many years ago and there were all sorts of bombed out hotels still around there it was incredible. Alas I am no photographer
